Human Garage Donation Policy

Version: 2026-10-10-r2. Effective date: October 10, 2026.

1. Company and policy scope

This Donation Policy is issued by 3Embody Lifestyle LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Human Garage (the Company, Human Garage, we, us or our). It applies to direct contributions for a Company-operated commercial project or mission campaign when this policy is identified and acknowledged before payment. A campaign name is a project designation, not a separate legal entity unless expressly identified otherwise.

Each checkout must identify the particular campaign or project and its applicable disclosure and reward agreement. Read that document alongside this policy. For Human Garage Kids, the specific document is Human Garage Kids Campaign Disclosure and Agreement. The campaign agreement defines the supported work, contribution target if any, reward thresholds and fulfillment terms. This policy alone makes no reward, delivery-date or project-allocation promise for an unidentified campaign.

The Human Garage Terms of Service at Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy also apply. Campaign-specific project and reward commitments control over conflicting general wording. Nothing overrides a mandatory legal right. This policy governs contributions, not an unrelated program, membership, supplement or physical-product purchase.

2. Direct project support and use of funds

A contribution supports the disclosed project's production and related expenses and the Human Garage mission of accessible wellness education, body awareness and self-regulation. Expenses may include development, production tools, licensed materials, contractors, launch, payment processing, campaign administration and advertised reward fulfillment, to the extent identified in the campaign scope.

Project expenses may be committed or incurred before finished work or rewards are available. We may reasonably adjust expenditures within the disclosed scope but must not misrepresent fund use. This policy does not authorize unrestricted diversion to unrelated campaigns. No contribution gives control over spending, creative decisions or Company operations.

Targets and production estimates have the meaning stated in the specific campaign disclosure. Unless a checkout expressly states otherwise, a successfully authorized contribution is collected immediately and is not an uncharged pledge, escrow deposit or payment conditional on reaching a target. A payment interface using Donate does not change these terms.

3. Contributions are not tax-deductible donations

NOT TAX-DEDUCTIBLE: These contributions support commercial project expenses. They are not charitable donations and no part is accepted or receipted as a tax-deductible charitable contribution. The Company provides no charitable deduction receipt, tax-deductible acknowledgment or promise of a tax benefit.

A Stripe receipt or Company payment confirmation records a payment only. Recognition or another reward does not establish charitable eligibility. The Company does not provide personal tax advice; do not rely on campaign wording, a Donate button or a receipt label as a charitable tax deduction.

4. Non-refundable project-expense policy

NON-REFUNDABLE: Contributions are non-refundable because they fund project production expenses and support the Human Garage mission. Contributions may be spent or committed before final delivery. We do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind, personal circumstances, creative dissatisfaction, ordinary production delays or failure to reach a campaign target. Contributions are not withdrawable deposits.

This policy preserves refunds or other remedies required by applicable law and correction of duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized payments. It does not excuse fraud, misrepresentation or failure to honor a legally enforceable campaign commitment. Material changes, cancellation or inability to deliver a promised reward must be addressed under the campaign agreement and applicable law, rather than silently removing the contributor's rights.

Contact support@humangarage.net with the payment date, amount and contribution reference for a payment-error or legal-rights request. Do not send full card details. This policy does not restrict lawful payment-provider disputes, regulatory complaints, court access where permitted or statutory cancellation rights, and does not shorten an applicable legal or payment-provider deadline.

5. Payment authorization and eligibility

You must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and be authorized to use the payment method. An organizational contributor must have authority to bind that organization. Use an accurate email address and do not submit children's personal information through checkout.

Review the final amount and currency in the secure payment interface before confirming. Suggested amounts may be editable. Any Company-imposed extra charge must be shown before payment; a bank may separately charge conversion or international-card fees. This policy does not authorize recurring charges, a subscription or another campaign payment without separate express agreement.

Stripe processes payment for the Company. Keep the confirmation and contribution reference. A contributor is not appointed as a Company agent, employee, partner, investor or authorized fundraiser by making a payment.

6. Campaign disclosures and rewards

Rewards exist only as described in the particular campaign disclosure and agreement accepted before payment. That document determines how the final paid amount qualifies, whether benefits are cumulative, and any delivery or scheduling conditions. A selected suggestion alone does not establish qualification if the final amount changes.

A contribution or recognition credit grants no equity, profit participation, royalties, intellectual-property ownership, employment, creative authority or financial return unless a separate legally valid written arrangement expressly provides otherwise. This contribution checkout does not offer such an arrangement.

We must communicate material production or fulfillment changes and respect the accepted campaign commitments and mandatory rights. No later webpage update may retrospectively remove an already accepted reward. Public recognition requires a separately supplied display name and publication permission; payment acknowledgment is not a general publicity release.

7. Campaign sharing and intellectual property

You may voluntarily share official public campaign links and assets the Company expressly supplies for sharing, accurately and with attribution. This narrow permission overrides general sharing restrictions only for those approved materials. It does not authorize distributing private previews, paid content, third-party footage or confidential information, or collecting money or making promises for the Company.

Do not change campaign, reward or refund terms or make unapproved tax, medical, partnership or financial-return claims. Clearly disclose any reward, compensation or material connection linked to promotion where required. Sharing, favorable reviews and marketing consent are not required to contribute. Honest reviews and lawful complaints remain permitted, and you retain ownership of your review.

Project and brand materials remain owned by the Company or their respective rights holders. Paid promotion, affiliate compensation, partner responsibilities and authority to act for the Company require separate written terms. Supporting one campaign does not enroll you in or authorize payment for another campaign or project.

8. Personal information and communications

Under the Privacy Policy, the Company retains necessary contribution and acceptance records, including email, payment reference, paid amount and reward qualification when available, accepted policy and campaign versions, document fingerprints and acknowledgment times. Stripe handles payment information. Necessary messages cover confirmations, fulfillment and material changes to the agreed campaign.

These transaction messages are distinct from optional marketing or invitations to other campaigns. Optional advertising and marketing follow separate choices. Neither payment nor this policy authorizes public use of a contributor's name, likeness, child's information or testimonial; any such use needs an appropriate separate permission process.

9. Electronic agreement and preserved records

Before payment, a clear unchecked acknowledgment identifies this Donation Policy and the specific campaign disclosure and agreement. Review both documents, the tax and refund disclosure, and the final amount. Payment requires separate confirmation in Stripe. You can save or print the documents and retain your receipt.

The accepted versions, document fingerprints, contributor reference and acknowledgment time are preserved with payment records. New wording applies prospectively and does not mean a previous contributor accepted it. Existing contributions retain their accepted documents and legal rights. Material changes to an accepted commitment require any notice or additional agreement required by law.

10. Applicable law, disputes and protected rights

You can contact support@humangarage.net so we can seek a practical resolution. The Company Terms describe Wyoming law, dispute procedures, arbitration and opt-out protections. Where those provisions validly apply they remain available, subject to mandatory consumer law and applicable consumer arbitration requirements. This policy adds no new waiver, confidentiality requirement or shortened opt-out period.

Statutory remedies, applicable small-claims rights, regulator complaints and payment-provider rights remain available. Nothing excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable fraud and misrepresentation rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest applies to the extent permitted by law.
