Human Garage Kids Campaign Disclosure and Contribution Agreement

Version: 2026-10-10-r2. Effective date: October 10, 2026.

1. Company, campaign and agreement

This Campaign Disclosure and Contribution Agreement is between you, the contributor, and 3Embody Lifestyle LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Human Garage (the Company, Human Garage, we, us or our). Human Garage Kids is the name of the Company's animation campaign, not a separate contracting entity. The Company operates this campaign and is responsible for its contribution and reward commitments.

This agreement applies specifically to direct contributions through the Human Garage Kids checkout at Human Garage Kids campaign. It includes the project description and complete reward schedule below. Your contribution supports commercial project expenses and the Human Garage mission of accessible body-awareness and emotional self-regulation education.

The Donation Policy at Donation Policy and our Terms of Service at Terms of Service apply alongside this agreement. For this campaign, its specific project, reward, sharing and version-preservation commitments control over conflicting general wording, subject to applicable law. Both documents disclose the non-refundable and non-tax-deductible nature of contributions. The Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

2. Eligibility and your authority

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and be authorized to use the payment method. If you contribute for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide an accurate email address for payment and reward communications. Do not submit a child's personal information through checkout.

A contribution does not appoint you as an employee, agent, partner, campaign organizer or authorized representative of Human Garage or 3Embody Lifestyle LLC. It does not require recruiting others, sharing publicity or making further purchases.

3. The Human Garage Kids projects

This campaign supports three animated pilot projects: Organ-ic Fun, featuring organ characters and practical body-awareness activities; Garry Gone Global, combining cultural discovery with food, emotions and body messages; and Super Me, portraying body-awareness and self-regulation practices as children's superpowers. The funded work also includes the production pipeline and launch needed to bring these projects to audiences.

The published campaign target is US$200,000. Its scope includes scripts, character design, animation, original music, voice talent, editing and post-production, the studio production pipeline, and campaign launch. Reasonable costs directly connected with administering this campaign, processing payments and fulfilling advertised rewards are part of that work. The target is a planning goal, not a condition that must be met before payment is collected.

The campaign's approximately US$11,000 animation estimate per pilot describes animation cost, not the full cost of an episode or the entire project. Cost comparisons, credentials and audience figures are project statements, not promises of a particular audience, commercial result or budget outcome.

The campaign may use contractors, studios, tools and licensed materials. Naming a collaborator or referring to its previous work does not make it a party to this agreement or establish a distribution commitment from Netflix or another broadcaster. The Company remains responsible for its own representations and reward commitments.

4. Use of contributions and the Human Garage mission

Contributions fund the disclosed Human Garage Kids project scope and related production, launch, administration and reward expenses. These expenses may be incurred or committed before finished episodes or rewards are available. Studio tools and the production pipeline may also support later Human Garage Kids content within this mission.

You do not purchase control over individual expenditures or production decisions. We may reasonably adjust spending among activities within the disclosed scope as production needs change. We must not misrepresent the use of contributions. This agreement does not authorize unrestricted diversion to an unrelated campaign or project.

A future, separate Human Garage or 3Embody campaign must identify its own purpose and applicable policy before accepting a contribution. Supporting this campaign does not enroll you in, authorize payment for, or accept the terms of another campaign.

5. Payment authorization and final amount

This checkout accepts one-time contributions in US dollars, currently from US$1 to US$10,000. Campaign buttons suggest amounts. Review and, if desired, change your amount in Stripe's secure checkout. The final amount displayed before you confirm payment is the amount you authorize; the selected button alone does not fix the amount or reward tier.

Stripe processes payment for the Company. Payment is collected when successfully authorized and processed, regardless of whether the target is reached. It is not an uncharged pledge conditional on the target. This checkout is not represented as escrow or an all-or-nothing funding arrangement. Any Company-imposed additional charge must be disclosed before payment. Your bank may separately apply conversion or international-card fees.

A contribution creates no recurring payment, subscription, HG+ membership, Reset purchase or supplement order. A Stripe button or receipt using Donate describes the payment interface and does not change this contribution's commercial nature or tax treatment. Keep your payment confirmation and contribution reference. Do not send full card details to support.

6. No tax deduction and non-refundable project expenses

NOT TAX-DEDUCTIBLE: This supports a commercial animation project operated by 3Embody Lifestyle LLC d/b/a Human Garage, not a charitable donation. No part of a contribution under this campaign qualifies for a charitable tax deduction. We provide no tax-deductible receipt or charitable contribution acknowledgment. A payment confirmation is only a payment record. We give no individual tax advice and promise no other tax benefit.

NON-REFUNDABLE: Contributions are non-refundable because they fund project production expenses and support the Human Garage mission. Contributions may be committed or spent before final delivery. We do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind, personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with creative choices, ordinary production delays or failure to reach the target. A contribution is not a withdrawable deposit.

This policy does not exclude refunds or remedies required by applicable law, or correction of duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized payments. It does not excuse fraud, misrepresentation or failure to honor a legally enforceable obligation. Contact support@humangarage.net with the payment date, amount and reference for a payment error or legal-rights request.

Statutory consumer, cancellation and refund rights, payment-provider dispute rights and access to regulators or courts where permitted remain available. A general support-notice period does not shorten a statutory or payment-provider deadline. A legally required refund follows the applicable payment process; never submit another payment to obtain a refund.

7. Complete campaign reward schedule

The highest threshold reached by one final successfully paid contribution determines its qualifying tier. Every tier after Spark includes every lower-tier reward, plus its additional reward below. Changing the amount in Stripe changes qualification. Separate payments are not automatically combined. Contributions below US$100 support the project without a listed tier reward.

Producer, Exec. Producer, Visionary and Legacy Partner are recognition labels. The US$5,000 Exec. Producer tier provides a co-producer credit on one pilot, not an executive-producer position or credit. Rewards include no equity, employment, ownership, intellectual-property rights, creative approval, revenue participation, royalties or financial return.

8. Names, credits and privacy choices

For public recognition we will request your preferred display name and permission to publish it during fulfillment. Your billing email is not your public credit name. Checkout acknowledgment is not permission to publish your name, likeness or testimonial. You may decline public recognition without losing other rewards in your tier.

Credits apply to the three campaign pilots, not all future seasons or unrelated productions. The Company determines reasonable placement, design and which pilot carries the co-producer credit. We may request an appropriate, non-infringing and non-impersonating display name and seek an alternative to abusive or unlawful content.

We will communicate submission and correction cutoffs. Contact support promptly about a missing or incorrect credit. If a finalized release cannot reasonably be re-edited, we will discuss a practical correction or remedy consistent with the promised recognition and applicable rights. Any child's name, image, voice, cameo or other participation needs a separate guardian-permission and privacy process; no such child-participation reward is included here.

9. Reward delivery, events and scheduling

We will coordinate updates, early access, wellness content, the thank-you video, Q&A, premiere invitation and personal call through your email and appropriate access or scheduling instructions. Early access precedes the corresponding general public release. No fixed update frequency, access duration, video format, session length, event date or premiere location is presently specified. We will communicate confirmed fulfillment details without removing your qualifying reward.

The Q&A seat and personal call require reasonable scheduling cooperation. The premiere reward is the published invitation to a private screening; it includes no travel, accommodation or unstated guest allocation. We will disclose the date, time zone, venue or virtual format and attendance requirements in advance. You need not incur travel costs without knowing the details. No additional mandatory contribution or product purchase is required to receive a published reward.

Genuine production, safety or availability issues may require rescheduling; we will communicate changes and practical alternatives. A material replacement of a promised benefit will not silently remove existing rights. We will explain the issue and seek agreement to a materially different substitute where required. Declining publicity or optional promotion does not forfeit other rewards. Contact support about a scheduling conflict or inaccessible reward.

Wellness content and sessions are educational, not clinical treatment, diagnosis, individual medical advice or a promised health outcome. Separate attendance rules may apply but cannot retroactively remove a campaign benefit or override rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. Production estimates, changes and project failure

The campaign FAQ estimates approximately eight weeks per pilot once funded, then releases of the three pilots one week apart on Human Garage social channels. These are estimates, not a guaranteed completion date for all pilots. Funding, creative work, contractor availability, rights clearance and technical production may affect timing. No particular broadcaster, placement, audience size or commercial success is promised.

We will pursue the disclosed work and rewards in good faith, communicate material delays or changes through campaign updates or fulfillment messages, and explain if a project or promised reward cannot proceed. Production uncertainty does not permit knowingly misleading claims or unrestricted cancellation of legally enforceable obligations.

If work is materially changed, suspended or cancelled, we will explain the affected work, reward status and appropriate next step. The expense policy remains subject to section 6's exceptions and legal remedies. Changing the campaign page will not retrospectively remove a reward or right attached to an already accepted contribution.

11. Sharing the campaign and authorized materials

Sharing is voluntary. You may share the public campaign link and public assets expressly supplied by the Company for sharing, without changing their meaning or removing attribution. This limited permission covers accurate promotion of this Kids campaign and overrides general sharing restrictions only for those authorized materials. Other Company and third-party rights remain reserved.

Do not act as an authorized spokesperson, collect money for the Company, change reward or refund terms, promise tax deductibility or financial returns, or make unapproved medical, partnership or distribution claims. Private previews, paid content, confidential updates, third-party footage and assets not licensed for sharing may not be redistributed.

Disclose a reward, payment or other material benefit connected with your promotion clearly where required. We do not require favorable reviews or endorsements. You retain honest-review and lawful-complaint rights, and ownership of your review. Paid promotion, affiliate compensation, partner roles or authority to solicit or collect money for the Company require separate written terms; a contribution creates none.

12. Intellectual property and separate purchases

Characters, scripts, animation, music, trademarks and other project materials remain owned by the Company or their rights holders. A contribution or credit transfers none of those rights. Reward access permits personal use under applicable rules, not resale, commercial distribution or derivative productions.

Human Garage, Inc., the Canadian physical-product seller identified in our general Terms, is distinct from 3Embody Lifestyle LLC. This reward schedule contains no supplement or physical-product purchase. A separate physical-product purchase must identify its seller, shipping, taxes and applicable return policy; this contribution policy does not silently govern that purchase.

13. Information and campaign communications

Stripe processes payment information. The Company keeps contribution and acknowledgment records including email, contribution reference, selected and qualifying tier, paid amount when available, agreement version, document fingerprint and acknowledgment time. Necessary contact information is used for payment, rewards, material project updates and applicable accounting or legal requirements under the Privacy Policy.

Transaction and fulfillment messages are separate from optional marketing. Contributing does not require advertising, promotional-email consent, public-name publication or participation in other campaigns. Optional marketing follows separate preferences. Do not submit sensitive medical information or children's personal information here or in public campaign comments.

14. Electronic acknowledgment and preserved versions

An unchecked checkbox asks you to agree to the Donation Policy, this Kids Campaign Disclosure and Contribution Agreement and the Human Garage Terms of Service, acknowledge the Privacy Policy, and acknowledge the non-refundable and non-tax-deductible contribution policy. Payment requires separate confirmation in Stripe. You can save or print both documents and keep your payment confirmation.

The accepted version, full-document fingerprint and server acknowledgment time are recorded with the contribution and Stripe metadata. The accepted document includes this reward schedule and payment policy. Updates apply prospectively; posting new wording does not mean an earlier contributor accepted it or authorize overwriting the earlier acceptance.

The original 2026-10-10 Donation Terms are retained at Original Donation Terms (2026-10-10). An earlier contribution keeps its accepted version and applicable rights. Material changes to an accepted commitment require any notice or further agreement required by law.

15. Disputes, applicable law and protected rights

Contact support@humangarage.net with a clear dispute description so we can try to resolve it. Wyoming law applies as described in the general Terms, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Sections 12 and 13 of the Human Garage Terms describe court jurisdiction, informal resolution, arbitration, fees and opt-out rights. Where validly applicable, those requirements and protections remain available. Mandatory consumer law and applicable consumer arbitration rules prevail over conflicting commercial procedures or venue restrictions. Small-claims access, regulatory complaints and applicable arbitration opt-out rights remain available. This campaign adds no new waiver and does not shorten an existing opt-out period.

No provision excludes a remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable fraud or misrepresentation rights. If a provision is unenforceable the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. Honest reviews, legal complaints and payment-provider rights are not conditioned on keeping a dispute confidential.

16. Notices and complete campaign terms

Campaign and reward support: support@humangarage.net. Legal notices: 3Embody Lifestyle LLC d/b/a Human Garage, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, the notice address published in the Company's Terms of Service. Do not include payment-card information in a notice.

This agreement, its reward schedule, applicable campaign representations made before payment and the incorporated Human Garage Terms govern this contribution, subject to applicable law. A separate campaign, partnership, ownership arrangement, promotional engagement or materially different reward requires clearly identified written terms. Mentioning a studio, broadcaster or individual does not make that person a separate contracting party.
